Is Coffee Causing Your Joint Pain?

As a Health Coach, I often get complaints of joint pain, most often knee pain. 90% of joint pain is caused by a lack of water and a lack of good fats, which in turn hydrate and lubricate joint capsules and connective tissue. The biggest destroyer of joints, synovial fluid and connective tissue seems to be coffee and other caffeine products. Eliminating coffee for a couple of weeks may help to determine if your consumption is the problem.
